Hello!
While my daughter was in labor delivering my grandchild, I kept busy making baby cards. My new grandchild is a named Olivia Rose. I sent the girl card to my daughter, but I have the boy version for you to look at today.
This sweet card uses the Moon Baby Stamp Set. The background is done with the Bokeh Technique.
Here’s how I made the background.
- I watercolored my background using Soft Sky, Marina Mist and Dapper Denim inks and an Aqua Painter.
- I cut a stencil from a window sheet using different sizes of star dies and punches.
- I placed my stencil on the watercolored paper and stenciled the stars using the Whisper White Craft Ink.
It’s so easy, but makes a big impact don’t you think?
