Today’s card was made for the Pals Paper Arts weekly challenge PPA301. This challenge is a color one and I LOVE the color combo- Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry and Pool Party! Here’s my card for the challenge:

How fun are these colors?! They make my eyes happy!
I started out with a Bermuda Bay card base. My card features the new Swirly Scribbles Thinlets Dies. These are so fun to play with! (Not like the swirly from my old school days! Do kids still do that?) Anyway, I made a swirly for each of the 3 colors. Before I glued them down, I sponged Bermuda Bay and Crushed Curry under the respective swirlies. I then sponged the rest of the card lightly in Pool Party.
I added a piece of Bermuda Bay Washi Tape that’s been retired for a long time. I’m trying to clear out my stash of retired stuff. Above the tape, I added my sentiment from Endless Thanks in Basic Black.
I finished off my card with some Pool Party splotches made with a stamp from the Timeless Treasures Stamp Set.
It was a super easy card to make and the swirlies make a big statement!
Thanks for stopping by today. If you don’t have a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, I’d love to be yours!
Happy stampin’,
Robin
Great Idea for this color combo and the swirly dies. I really like the abstract feel of this card!
The swirly circles add such whimsey to the card. I love the font on the Endless Brithday and thanks stamp sets I need to pull them out more. Thanks for sharing your creativity with the Pals this week.
Such a nice card, Robin! The sponging adds such depth to the card! Thank you for joining us this week for the Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge!
I love your swirly card Robin. Simple, sweet and makes me smile. Thank you for playing with the color team this week for PPA301!
Sweet card, Robin! Great showcase of these dies. Thanks for playing along with this week's Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge!
